Domesday also goes 
to Dragon Herald. Incipient Group Heralds copy reports
to Regional, 
Thuban Herald, and Dragon Herald, quarterly not
monthly. MoAS: 
Proto-Incipient & Incipient groups are NOT required to
report monthly - All 
reports to Regionals who report at the end of the
month. Baronial & Regional 
officers must get your report - They are there to help
you & keep 
Kingdom informed of what is going on. Chronicler Local
chroniclers send your
