For the past four years, Festival of Maidens has ben
held at the Chancellor Hotel in Champaiogn. As some of
you know, the Chancellor went out of business in May
and is currently being knocked down.

Today, we signed a contract with the Historic Lincoln
Hotel in Urbana. This establishment was formerly known
as Jumer's. The HLH web page is
http://www.historiclincolnhotel.com/ if you are
unfamiliar with the site. Exact details are
forthcoming, but the hotel has a restaurant, a bar 
three times the size of the Cabana Room and elegant
scenery. They will also be keeping the pool open until
midnight for us and are bending over backward to be
nice to us. A Maidens 33 web page will be up soon.

In honor of Penguin Appreciation Day, the theme this
year will be "Attack of the Auks." Eh. They're so cute
that I almost want them to stick an axe in my head...
