[WurmWald] Spetember meeting notes (finally)

A quick outline of everything covered at the September
12 meeting. I managed to throw away (well, recycle)
most of my notes, so this is from memory. Another
argument to post minutes *immediately* after teh
meeting...


General/Business meetings will now be scheduled on the
second Monday of each month at 7:30pm. This is in
order to avoid the many holidays that occur during the
first week of most months. We will continue meeting at
Espresso Royale in Urbana.

We will be having an Cleanup and Inventory Day on
October 8 from 12-5 at Folo and Barbary's place. We
will be sorting, weeding, and determining the
storage/repair needs of the Group's items. The more
help we have, the quicker it will go! In addition to
inventorying the attic stuff, everyone who has Wurm
Wald stuff in their possession needs to let Yana (me)
know what they have, so that it can be added to the
Master Inventory list.

Our new A&S Minister (Milly of Wurm Wald) will be
scheduling monthly A&S get-togethers at the Urbana
Free Library. The first of these will be a general
sewing day on September 25th from 2:00-4:30pm.

We will be holding the annual Maidens event at the
Historic Lincoln Hotel (nee Jumers) in Urbana. Anyone
interested in being on the planning committee should
join the Maidens email discussion list, located at
<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/maidens/>. The theme
will be "Attack of the Auk," in honor of National
Penguin Appreciation Day. The Maidens website is
