[WurmWald] Newcomer's Meeting this Sunday

I just wanted everyone to know that I have received word from the
surrounding SCA groups and that they are riding to our rescue! Hooray! We
are going to even have some fighters, which as you know is always a draw.

I need someone who can be outside the Union, out on the Quad beginning at
around 2:45 pm who can direct incoming fighters to where they can play
(anywhere on the Quad, but close to the Union is good). I'm going to be
upstairs setting up, which is why I can't do it. Any takers? You don't have
to stay down there the whole time, just help them get set up, tell them how
to get up to our room (and that they should tell any interested persons
where to find the main meeting), and maybe pop down a few times to make sure
they don't need anything (if someone could bring a few jugs of water, I'm
sure it would be much appreciated). Once there are some people fighting, any
late-comers will be able to tell where they should go to fight, I'm sure.
