[WurmWald] Troll & Exchequer tentative report from Maidens

Hi All,

I didn't attend the Wurm Wald meeting, but sent an informal 
report with Folo.

For others on these two lists who weren't there, here's some 
basic numbers:

Between the sign-in sheet and waivers, I estimate we had 458 
adults & 51 children. I think several people didn't think 
they had to sign the sign-in list if they signed a waiver, 
since we wound up with more money than the sign-up list would 
indicate.

Hotel (part of this is food) was $2449.77 (we will get some 
refund), NMS $193, Lincoln square $35, Cakes $49.96, Folo 
$523.93 (including $50 to order insurance statement LSq 
wanted).

Estimated profit is 1950.34, plus what we get back from the 
hotel for the number of room rentals; half of which goes to 
St. Carol. Thanks again for everyone's help!
