[WurmWald] March meeting time question

Hi all,

I've been missing the baronial meeting since the time was 
moved up to 7pm 2nd Mondays. With a month's notice, can the 
March meeting (13th) be at 6pm or 5:30, that way I'd be able 
to stay until 6:30.

7pm Mondays is Urbana City Council meetings (unless it's 
cancelled or it's a 5th Monday). I don't miss going to those 
unless I'm sick or tryint to prevent taking sickleave the 
next day.
