[WurmWald] March meeting time question

Hi Yana,

OK, when I was in public services I was able to take 2 hrs vacation or 
trade and adjust my schedule for special occasions, with prior notice. 
Unfortunately, I can't ask the City Council to start later. Council 
Meetings and other public input sessions seem to be scheduled for 7pm 
weeknights.

I was suggesting a one time rescedule for March, so (as you reminded me) 
I could go over my domesday report with other WW members, and any other 
exchequer questions. I was assuming it was alright that I didn't attend 
business meetings and did exchequer communications with the group via 
this email list, since I was already going to Council meetings when the 
business meetings got changed.
