I think that this is a good idea. Most, if not all, of
the officers are planning on being there. 

Does anyone have any objections to a short recess to
go over some financial stuff at the upcoming A&S
meeting? We are meeting from 2pm to 4:30pm. Would
having the financial stuff at the beginning or the end
of the A&S meeting work better?

Sorry I can't reschedule the business meetings for an
earlier time of day than 7:30pm. I'm the evening
supervisor for the entire Undergraduate Library, and
it is really difficult for me to leave more than 15
minutes early, even with prior notice.
