April Meeting Minutes

Meeting began at 7:45 pm

Yana, Bran, Marina

Officer Reports
Seneschal (Yana)--See below for Illinois Ren Faire
response. Handed out Ringmail.
Chatelaine (Marina)--Nothing new.
Pursuivant (Bran)--Report is in. Requested purchase of
official markers for Heraldry box. Approved.
Webminister--Calendar is updated. Need to update
officer listing. Would like to highlight current
activities, but still list previous activities.
Arts and Sciences--Officer not present.
Exchequer--Officer not present.

Member Activities
Marina--Did archery at Rites of Spring. Continuing
with equestrian combat practice with her own horse.
Bran--Assisted with Field Heraldry at Rites of Spring
event.
Brigid ni Clair--performed at Rites of Spring feast.

Other Activities
Illinois Ren Faire wants to know if we will be
participating this year. Response: At this point of
time we do not have enough members and can't commit.
Please ask again closer to Labor day. We will give
them other SCA contact information.

A&S: We need room reservations for next few months.
Meetings are supposed to be on 3rd Sunday of the
month.

Had April A&S at Yana's and had a great time! Cooked
and ate a Medieval Lenten Meal and watched an episode
of Cadfael.

Bran took over book purchasing from Yana.
