May Meeting Minutes

Yana, Bran, Marina

Officer Reports
Chatelaine (Marina)--report is in
Pursuivant (Bran)--learning more about armory and
naming
Seneschal (Yana)--nothing new
Webminister--report coming due soon, need to update
web calendar
Arts and Sciences--Officer not present. Report is
overdue. May 14 A&S meeting canceled (Mother's Day).
We are scheduled at the Urbana Library up to August.
Exchequer--Officer not present. We need the financial
report on Maiden still.

Member Activities
Marina--Practicing equestrian activities with her
horse. Will be out of town all of June and first week
of July.
Bran--Needs to write check for book purchases
Yana--Asked for use of group pavilion at Pennsic;
granted.

Upcoming

June--Picnic with St. Carol?
July business meeting will need to discuss new member
planning and Pennsic stuff
August--2nd Tuesday is during Pennsic; August business
meeting is canceled due to War. :-)
