June Meeting Minutes

Yana, Bran, Folo, Bera

Officer Reports
Seneschal (Yana)-- Trimester report turned in. Yana is
resigning as Seneschal, effective in August.
Chatelaine (Marina)--Not present, but report was
turned in.
Pursuivant (Bran)-- 
Webminister (Yana)--
Arts and Sciences (Milly)-- Not present. Report is
overdue. May A&S was canceled.
Exchequer (Bera)-- Quarterly report overdue. Maidens
financial report not done yet, will not finish until
after Pennsic; likely in December.

Member Activities

Other Activities
Sent notice to Illinois Renaissance Fair that Wurm
Wald would not be participating this year. Seneschal
of Illiton announced that their group had been
contacted by Fair; they will be sending a contingent.

Discussed problem of Minister of Arts and Science not
sending in reports. Yana will contact Milly and ask if
she is still able to hold office or not. Is this a
required office?

Upcoming
July meeting: will need to plan for Quad Day
August business meeting canceled
Will need New Member activity in September, post Quad Day.
