  Hey, no worries:-)  We all have busy schedules and quite often aren't able to make it to meetings and events...I for one, am one of those people!  The event in Indy is only a one day event, so when we know who is all going, we give you a cell phone number (one of ours) and you can give us a call when/if you get there (I'm assuming you have a cell...).  We could come meet you at troll (check-in booth).  

I'll let Yana respond to your question about the meeting, as she will know exactly what is going to be discussed.  Hope we get to see you soon!
